Investment Criteria
IMAC is a growth/development capital fund intended to generate capital gains for its shareholders from equity or equity-related investments in media companies. The fund is no longer making investments in new portfolio companies, but is now focused on managing its existing investments through to exit. IMAC will continue to make further investments in existing portfolio companies where appropriate.
Manager
IMAC's investment activities are managed by Ingenious Ventures, the private equity division of Ingenious Asset Management Limited.
Shareholder Rights
The rights of shareholders may be different to the rights of shareholders in a UK incorporated company.
